PNGPDR: Portfolio Detail Report is Not Showing Modifications in Intercompany Section Correctly for Payment Terms with Intercompany Checked. (Doc ID 2769935.1)

Portfolio Detail Report doesn't show proper segregation of three sections under Intercompany Balances section for payment terms with intercompany checked. 

There are 3 sections in the Portfolio detail report.

1. The first section displays all the leases existing in the system and their respective balances as of run date.
2. The second section - "List of Lease Modifications" should display the Original balance and changed balance (Increase/decrease)
    [2 lines] at lease level for any leases which used to exist even before the current period,
    and has been amended in the current period.
3. The third section should display all the amendments performed in the current period per payment term.

The above three section should be available for both regular payment terms and payment terms with Intercompany checked (Intercompany section).

Currently for the payment terms with intercompany checked, first section itself showing 3 lines including the two lines from modification section instead of three separate sections.


Expect the term with intercompany checked to show as the regular term.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1/ Navigate to Property Manager.

2/ Run the Portfolio Detail Report for the lease with terms that have intercompany check box checked

    Other > Request> Run> Generate Portfolio Detail Report
