Symptoms

When attempting to run the standard General Ledger report "Journals - (180) Char"   and trying to access the Batch List of Values (LOV) the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL Responsibility > Reports > Request > Standard
2. Select 'Journals - (180 Char)'
3. Enter Parameters, select Batch LOV

Note: This issue may affect other reports that use Batch LOV just the same.
