Symptoms
The concurrent request for Customer Merge (RAXMRG), the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Receivables Responsibility
2. Complete the account merge form with the From and To Accounts.
3. Save the screen
4. Submit the merge request using the button that appears on the form after the save is done.
5. Review output report and log file generated by concurrent request.
