Symptoms

The Treasury Confirmation Form(FVXRTCRF)allows entry of 'invalid' dates in the Accomplish Date field.

If a user enters an invalid year in the Accomplish Date, for example, 0219 instead of 2019,the form accepted the incorrect date.
Subsequently, the program Disbursements in Transit Transactions will complete in an error.
