On : 12.1.2 version, Trading Partner Admin UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBN Cannot Change URL Under Edit Delivery Method Page As Administrator

The routing URL for punchout URLs provides the ability to enter Test and Prod.

However if change it, it reverts back to the same value in both fields. Can't setup to have both Test and Prod functioning.

Due to this issue, users cannot change punchout URLs
