On : 12.2.9 version, Install

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Quoting User Hooks are not working in Release 12.2.9 for Quoting and iStore

The Quoting User Hooks are working fine in Release 12.1.3.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Oracle Quoting or Oracle iStore -

Quoting User responsibility
Quoting Sales Manager responsibilty
IBE_CUSTOMER responsibility

The Quoting User Hooks can created for Create Quote, Update Quote, Submit Quote ect.    An iStore shopping cart is a quote.

Actions such as creating a quote/cart, updating a quote, submitting a quote / place order button will process the Quoting User Hooks that are defined in the customized package ASO_QUOTE_CUHK.  SEE: Order Capture User Hooks (Doc ID 373923.1)

One example is for the Submit quote action in Quoting or the Place Order button in a shopping cart and find that the Quoting User Hooks are not getting executed to update attributes in order lines record type such as below -

l_line_tbl(i).attribute9
l_line_tbl(i).attribute10
l_line_tbl(i).attribute11
l_line_tbl(i).attribute12
l_line_tbl(i).attribute13
l_line_tbl(i).attribute14
l_line_tbl(i).attribute15

Find that the generated Sales Order does not have DFF values populated.
