Users are unable to find 'Previous Open Debit' items when attempting to settle and close claims.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
Date - then Update
between 29-SEP-2020 and 30-SEP-2020
Filter search by > All Records
Save and Apply
Select the first claim with OPM
Settlement Method = Previous Open Debit
Use flashlight on Previous Open Debit Items
No items are found
