JP:Assertion Error Occurs When Running Concurrent "Generate Payroll Dynamic Database Item Translations" (Doc ID 2770429.1)

Symptoms

Assertion Error occurs when running Concurrent "Generate Payroll Dynamic Database Item Translations" after applying Patch that contains Japanese Legislation Changes.
There are following error message in concurrent log.

ORA-20001: Assertion failed at location dbi2ueid:1:[<ELEMENT_NAME>_<INPUT_VALUE_NAME>_<DATABASE_ITEM>:I:nnnn]

(Example)
ORA-20001: Assertion failed at location dbi2ueid:1:[YEA_SPOUSE_EXM_INFO_SP_NON_RESIDENT_ENTRY_VALUE:I:34476]

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply the patch which it contains Japanese Legislation Changes.

  2.  Run Data Install

  3.  Apply hrglobal.drv
     
  4.  Apply HRGLOBAL NLS translation patch

  5. Run Concurrent "Generate Payroll Dynamic Database Item Translations"

  6. Check the concurrent log.
