Symptoms

When executing create_project API which is written to pick data from existing Operating Unit and insert it into new Operating Unit, the following error occurs.


API ERROR Message:
The source project or template does not have the appropriate structures (financial vs. workplan) enabled. To create tasks for a new project, you must use a source project or template that has the appropriate structures enabled.




STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare create_project API which meets following conditions:
- Create projects using other projects or templates as source
- Tasks are being created in the process
2. Execute create_project API
3. Get error when the API is running
