Last updated on APRIL 26, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle iSupplier Portal - Version 12.1.3 and later
Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Oracle iSupplier Portal (Supplier Lifecycle Management), Releases 12.1.3, 12.2.5 and later, after a prospective supplier completes registration, the prospective supplier registration is not available for review by the supplier administrators.

It is expected that the prospective supplier registrations will be available for the supplier administrators to review and approve/reject.
Due to this issue, the supplier administrators are unable to view and approve the prospective suppliers for use in the system.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The prospective supplier has connected to the Prospective Supplier Registration.
2. The prospective supplier then enters the required information and also details for Address Book and Contact Directory.
3. Submit the registration. A confirmation message appears.
Confirmation
Thank you for registering your company. Your registration has been submitted for approval and you will be notified of your registration status via email in due course.

4. Next, the internal supplier administrators perform the following:
a. Log in and navigate to Supplier Management Administrator responsibility > Supplier Home.
b. On the Suppliers home page, in the New Supplier Requests region, see the link "Prospective Supplier Registrations(0)".  So, the registration submitted by the prospective supplier is not appearing.
