Customer Attachments Missing After Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Attachments in screen FNDATTCH from lower version of the application were not moved during upgrade.
New attachments can be added, but pre-existing attachments cannot be found.
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customer > Standard > Select any address
Click on paper clip with yellow note in clip
Go to Attachments
Pre-existing attachments are not seen
