On : 12.2.9 version, FC Core
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create Settlement Batches formatted output file is not as expected after upgrading to 12.2.9, as it contains only xml with formatting/styling tags inside and there is no data related to actual payment file
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is the output should be in text format, but it's showing only xml tags with stayling details inside
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9
2. Run Create Settlement Batches using a custom template
3. Formatted file looks xml-like with formatting tags inside
