Symptoms
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: iProcurement ECC
3. Navigation: iProcurement Homepage ->> What do you need to buy today?
4. Enter Search Criteria Item -> Click Go -> Returns Item details, with Item Rating..
5. Click Item Description:
6. there is no Item Rating or Supplier Rating
7. Location is defined at the HR record.
8. <Patch: 31139529:R12.ICX.D> and <Patch.31113534:R12.ICX.D> are applied.
9. ECC ICX full load has been run
