Endeca Pages Are Not Opening In Internet Explorer Browser (Doc ID 2770934.1)

Symptoms

Users encounter error while opening Endeca Pages in Internet Explorer Browser.

Examples of Overview pages tested:


Advance Project Planning and Control
Work plan Overview
Financial Overview (Expenditure Overview, Billing Overview)..etc

If user tries to download from any Endeca component Actions => "Export".
Then a popup comes to download data. After clicking on Export button nothing is happening.


Error:
The web page cannot be found..

STEPS:
1. From Projects Super User responsibility, navigate to Projects: Deliver> Search
2. Search a project and click on project to open.
Select Workplan Tab> Overview
3. Select Actions> Export
4. Nothing happens. Then gives an error
