"Payables Open Interface Import" completed with error, invoice was created with lines.
Unable to enter invoice distributions.
ERROR:

APP-SQLAP-97731: The system cannot generate distributions
because tax calculation failed due to the following error:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run Payables Open Interface Import concurrent program
2. Concurrent program completes in error.
3. Observe the invoice is created with lines and without distributions.
