Quickpay/Payroll Run Errors for Custom BIK (Benefits in Kind) Elements: UDF Error in formula CUSTOM_GB_BIK_OTHER_ITEMS (Doc ID 2771174.1)

User created custom BIK elements by following the whitepaper Note 2219594.1 and created a fast formula as a copy of the seeded formulas

When running quickpay, the following error message appears in Messages screen:

UDF Error in formula CUSTOM_GB_BIK_OTHER_ITEMS at line 37: &3

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to UK HRMS Responsibility>Total Compensation>Basic>Element Description
2. Create custom BIK element, example XX BIK Personal Accident
3. Navigate to Formula and create custom formula as a copy of seeded formula VALIDATE_BIK_OTHER_ITEMS
4. Add the element in element entries for one assignment
5. Run quickpay
6. Check payroll level messages
