Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Mobile Telnet Server

When attempting to Login to WMS Mobile devices the following error occurs

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
All Handheld users unable to login
We are getting Authentication Failed

ERROR
-----------------------
Authentication Failed

MWA Log Error
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bounce the MWA
2. Login handheld
  Menu path:
  Inquiry
  Walkup Inquiry
3. Repeat until issue recreated.
