2020 ACA DC State TXT File Has Company Zip Code On The Address For Every Employee (Doc ID 2771349.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Benefits ACA State Transmission Generation Process is run for 2020, the Zip Code of the GRE is listed on every individual person's zip code field instead of the zip code that goes with their primary address. The rest of their address is correctly displayed i.e., primary line 1, line 2, City and State.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Individual person's zip code field must be populated with the zip code that goes with their primary address.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports
3. Select Single Request and click Ok
4. Select Benefits ACA State Transmission Generation Process for the concurrent request name and populated the below values for the parameters
  Year = 2020
  Authoritative GRE = <GRE>
  Filing Indicator = P
  Validate = Rollback - Database will not be updated (also have same issue in Commit mode)
  Sate = District of Columbia
5. Check the text file that gets generated. Column W which has the zip code information has the Zip Code of the GRE listed on every individual person's zip code field instead of the zip code that goes with their primary address.
