Symptoms

When trying to view the task summary, the following error is encountered for ALL projects:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-04045: errors
during recompilation/revalidation of APPS.PA_OLAP_PVT
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PJI_REP_UTIL", line 963
ORA-01775: looping chain of synonyms
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PA_OLAP_PVT"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PJI_REP_UTIL", line 409
ORA-06512: at line 1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Project:Delivery>Search Projects
2. Search for the Project and open it.
3. Select the Reporting tab
4. Select View Summary and click Go

Changes

Database upgraded to version 19.9.0.0.201020

Applications upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
