Company Business Relationships Form LOV should not show Vendors from other Legal Entity/Operating Unit

STEPS
-----------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Payables Super User responsibility.
2. Go to Argentine Localization > Company Information > Business Relationships
3. Click on LOV and notice that its showing vendors from other legal entity/operating unit.
