In Line Edit (mass Update) Does Not Work In Workbench Like Regular Shipment Screen (Doc ID 2771880.1)

Symptoms

The in-line Edit (mass update) does not work in workbench like the regular shipment screens.

The in-line edit functionality on the workbench does not contain a popup window so the user can updated multiple records at once with the same date.

An example of this would be that of the early pickup date, which can be changed on multiple records all at the same time from the buy shipment screen, but not in the workbench.
