ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Have employee's that are partially working in one state and then partially working from home in another state. Example three days in one state and two days in another state.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They want to be able to tax the employee based on actual time worked in each state.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have employee's that will be working partially in two different states
2. Want the tax based on the earnings for that state
3. Expecting GTL to go totally to the work location state or to prorate based on percentages
