Reports For A Submitted Request Set Do Not Show Email Set Up With the Delivery Options

On : EBS 12.2.8 version, Request Submission/Scheduling, Test Instance
The customer has a request set with several reports. When submitting the request set, they have selected the "Delivery Options" button to set up an email for each of the reports included in it. When the request set is submitted, if you check the details of each of the submitted reports for this request set, only one of the programs shows the email. You might also have no reports showing the email. All the programs should show this email.
Additionally, when scheduling the request set for the first time, when pressing the Delivery options, the screen shows at the bottom the following error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to EBS Applications
2. Navigate to the corresponding responsibility to submit a new Request set.
3. After selecting the request set enter the Delivery option details for each program under that request set.
4. Then go back and review the details before submitting the request set.
