DFF Values For GRN Received Via Telnet/RF Gun Is Not Getting Saved In Oracle

On : 12.1.3 version, Inbound Processing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Attribute category populated as null in rcv_shipment_headers when DFF information is entered during context as "XXXXX" and saved against an ASN.
However, the attribute values are stored correctly. But, this is causing the DFF values not to be displayed when the receipt DFF is queried as the context is not saved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the DFF attribute context value to be stored correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Telnet/MSCA > Enter a receipt against ASN
2. Fillup the DFF with India Receipt
3. Verify the GRN number and submit Transaction
4. After the RTP is complete, Check in Front-end on DFF value inserted while receiving and find that the context value is null and DFF info is not displayed
