Elements are Missing from Reversal Statement of Earnings (SOE) (Doc ID 2772455.1)

After reversing a payroll from a prior year, the statement of earnings (SOE) is missing one or more elements from the details section.  The summary amounts are correct.


Payroll for one employee has been reversed from 2020, check dated 06/01/2020, in 2021. Reversal effective date is 01/12/2021. The reversal SOE is not showing the details of Pre-tax deductions negative values, but the negative values are included in the summary section.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In US HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent,
1. Reverse payroll for a prior year in the current year.  Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain > query for employee > Assignment > Others > Reverse Run > select run to reverse. Save.
2. Review Reversal SOE and see that there are one or more elements missing from the earnings and/or deductions detail section.  Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain > query for employee > Assignment > Others > Statement of Earnings
