Symptoms
A Payroll Process or QuickPay fails. Log shows an error sequence indicating that the Quantum Library version and Quantum Data version are not a valid combination.
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option HR:Execute_Leg_Formula in routine &ROUTINE.
