POXML DeliverTo Tag Not Filled For BillTo (Doc ID 2772990.1)

The DeliverTo and Email tags are not filled out for BillTo but they are filled out for ShipTo.

Since PO uses the same billto and shipto Location, can we expect Billto values for deliverto and email to be filled out?
