On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request (SR) Form- Charges Tab
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Poor performance on the charges tab with lines having invoices. Takes more than 3 to 5 minutes to open.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charges tab should not take 5 minutes to open .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a charge line and submit it to OM
2. Generate Invoice
3. Query the charge line in the SR form and the trace should open with no delay.
