Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Cycle count
Cycle Count facing the following error message when trying to perform the Full Cycle Count on the last day of each month:
ERROR

SQL Error; EXEC#11; ErrorCode=1403
ERROR = ORA-01403: no data found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Responsibility
2. Counting > Cycle Counting> perform the Full Cycle Count on the last day of the period
3. Counting > Cycle Counting>Generate automatic Schedule requests>Receive error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot schedule any new counts on the last day of the period
