On : 12.2.4 version, Self Service Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tip messages in Self-Service are missing after applying RUP14.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After applying a RUP patch or any patch, the tip messages should be retained.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service > Benefits.
2. Navigate to the Benefits Selection page.
See that the tip box is missing.
