Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Project Planning and Control
When attempting to publish the Project Schedule of Values
the following error occurs.

Row 1 Line Description - Value XXXXXXX is too long.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project Super User > Project:Delivery > Search Project > find
2. Click on "Schedule of Values" link (under Project tab)
3. Try to publish the "Schedule of Values"
