Is there an API or script to derive delivery lead time - from transit days definition?


1. The transit days are defined from Internal (warehouse/shipping org) locations to zone or region or external location - depending on the business requirements. The number of days are defined against a shipping method with default flag checked.
2. The Delivery Lead Time field (on the shipping tab of the sales order line) seems to be populating correctly and thus the offset between schedule ship date and schedule arrival date is working fine.
3. We have a requirement to derive the "Delivery Lead Time - Transit days" and hence looking for an API or script -
where input can be (among others) -
- warehouse/shipping org
- customer ship-to address
- shipping method

and output to be - Delivery Lead Time - Transit days.
