Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to terminate employee with the Final Process Date, the following error occurs.
PYUPIP Trace shows the error below.
In hrentmnt.cache_element_entry

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login as HRMS Manager
- Go to Terminate form
(N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Others > End employment - Enter the termination details and save
- Error occurs
