Goal

You are interfacing locations from another Oracle instance.  Some records fail to import as some time zones are enabled
in the source instance are not enabled in the destination instance.  The following message is received on import:

Error: ORA-20001: Invalid Timezone Code


How do you enable the time zones enabled in the source instance in the destination instance?
