Symptoms

 When running Purchasing Activity Register report for a buyer where the name contains more than 40 characters the report fails with the following message:

REP-0091: Invalid value for parameter 'P_BUYER'.

Program exited with status 1
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 9999999

Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information.

For buyer names less than 40 characters report completes successfully without any error.
