Symptoms
Quick Retropay (Enhanced) and Retropay (Enhanced) concurrent processes complete with error status; however, there are no error messages in the log file. Also, no assignments are processed by the program.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
From HRMS responsibility:
- Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > select Quick Retropay (Enhanced) or Retropay (Enhanced) and enter parameters.
- Submit
- Check process status: View > Requests. See process with status 'Error'
- Click on View Log and review the log file, but there are no errors.
