Quick Retropay (Enhanced) and Retropay (Enhanced) Complete with Error, But No Error Message is in the Log (Doc ID 2774124.1)

Symptoms

Quick Retropay (Enhanced) and Retropay (Enhanced) concurrent processes complete with error status; however, there are no error messages in the log file.  Also, no assignments are processed by the program.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

From HRMS responsibility:

  1. Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > select Quick Retropay (Enhanced) or Retropay (Enhanced) and enter parameters.
  2. Submit
  3. Check process status: View > Requests.  See process with status 'Error'
  4. Click on View Log and review the log file, but there are no errors.
