Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to search for the Purchase Orders in the Purchase Order summary form the following error occurs.
Error:
Program error: Invalid arguments to the flexfield routines.
Please inform your support representative that:
The compile_form_flex routine was unable to find the value set $FLEX$.KEY_FLEXFIELD for your value set assignment. The flexfield user exit #FND DEFINE_FFLEX has been called incorrectly.
Make sure the VSNAME=parameter is correct. Make sure the value set exists in the database.
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to purchasing responsibility
2. query any PO
3. error occurs while searching
