On : 12.2 version, Change Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to change the Amount field on a requisition line

The Quantity and Need-By date columns are updateable

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
To be able to change Amount on a requisition line

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Requisitions > View: All My Requistions > Change tab
2. Select requisition
3. On requisition line, the Amount column is not updateable, but Quantity and Need-By date is available to be updated.
