Permissions Error When Opening Outcome Page In Interaction History (Doc ID 2774327.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Seeded Values

When attempting to open the Outcome page, the following error is displayed.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You do not have appropriate permissions to access this page"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Interaction History JSP Admin
(N) CRM Foundation > Interaction History > Bulk Processing Errors > Configuration >Outcome

The error above is displayed.
