Error Receiving When Attempting To Correct Receipts Against A Blanket Release (Doc ID 2774342.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version 

While trying to make correction receipts against a Blanket Releases, the system times out with the following error in iProcurement.

ERROR
-----------------------
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Resposnbility
2. Click Receiving Tab
3.Click on 'Correct Receipts' link
4.Open the 'Correct Receipts' link with performance issue
