Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Lease Details Report is missing periods for some leases when there is an amendment to extend the lease with future Amendment Commencement Date.
Eg:
Original Lease Tenure:
Commencement Date => 01-Jan-2020
End Date => 31-Dec-2020
Amendment:
ACD=> 01-Dec-2021
New End Date => 30-Nov-2022
The periods from Jan-21 to Nov-21 would be missing in the Lease Detail Report
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect all periods to show in the Lease Detail Report without skipping periods
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1/ Amend an existing lease to extend the Lease Termination Date with future commencement date
PN > Lease and Document > Main Lease > Enter Lease and Document
2/ Run the Lease Detail Report
Other > Request > Run > Generate Lease Detail Report
