ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Claim approval rule functionality with use of Any Currency is not applying the Approval Rule to claim. Will need this functionality to allow to have one approval rule for all currencies and to properly use exchange rates with other currencies.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Claim approval rule should be applied.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Administration > Approval Rule
2. Create Claim approval rule with Any Currency
3. Create a new Claim
4. Submit Claim for approval, review approval preview
5. Approval rule is not applied, goes to Default Approver
BUSINESS IMPACT
