rxcrm_req_read failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.FNDCP_CRM" CRM error
Issue on conflict resolution manager the actual =0 and pending 144

Received Verify control code,
Reinitializing program, conflict domain, and user information.
control_flag='N' and r.status_code between 'I' and 'W' order by decode(r.status_code, 'I', decode(r.has_sub_request, 'Y', 'R', r.phase_code), r.phase_code) desc,r.priority,decode(r.is_sub_request, 'Y', r.parent_request_id, r.request_id),r.request_id and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
