Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Install/Implementation
Executing the Concurrent Program: HRI Load All Supervisor Hierarchies (HRISUPCR), ends up in error with below error captured in the error log.
Error happens in the Child process "HRI Load Supervisor Change Events"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "US HRMS Manager" Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports --> Submit Processes and Reports
3. In the launched form, Select the value "Single Request" and Click on the "Ok" button.
4. In the launched form, Query the Concurrent Program "HRI Load All Supervisor Hierarchies" and give the value for the necessary parameters and submit the program.
5. Now navigate to Processes and Reports --> View Requests.
6. In the launched form, click on "Find" button and in the launched form, Observe that the above submitted concurrent process has ended up in error.
7. Select the request ended up in error and click on the "View Log" button.
8. Opened up log points to the Child process "HRI Load Supervisor Change Events", being errored out.
9. Select the request against the Child Process "HRI Load Supervisor Change Events", which is in error status and click on the "View Log" button.
10. Observed that in the opened up log, above mentioned error message is captured.
