Unable To Create Journal Uploads Combing Multiple Worksheets (Doc ID 2774744.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, WebADI Templates

Individual Actual spreadsheet uploads without issue separately but when combined with a Budget worksheet the error occurs.  Issue completes successfully in Release 12.1.3, upgrading to 12.2.9 where problem occurs.

Exception during parsing of upload document. java.lang.NullPointerException

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Content - None
Create Document
Enable Editing
Enable Content

Enter
Ledger Vision Operations
Category Adjusting
Source Spreadsheet
Currency USD
Accounting Date January 1, 2021
Journal Description TEST
Journal Reference TEST

Enter Account code combination for debit and credit. 01.000.1110.000
Name Spreadsheet - Actual

Integrator - General Ledger - Journals
Viewer - Excel 2010
Layout - Budget - Single
Content - None
Create Document
Enable Editing
Enable Content

Ledger * List - Text Vision Operations (USA)
Category * List - Text Adjusting
Source * List - Text Spreadsheet

Name Spreadsheet - Budget

In Actual spreadsheet use Move or Copy option by double clicking on Spreadsheet name.
Choose to move the Actual to the Budget, choosing Create Copy option. Move to End option

Now both spreadsheets are in the same window.
Go to Oracle Upload for Budget and successfully upload
Go to Oracle Upload for Actual error message displays...

Error
The upload process has completed with the following status:•Upload processing did not complete
•Exception during parsing of upload document. java.lang.NullPointerException
