While trying to save a newly created appraisal template, system show the below error message

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

1. Login to HR Professional V 4.0 Responsibility

2. Navigate to function Manage Appraisal Template

3. In the launched page Click on Create Appraisal Template button

4. Enter the necessary details

5. Click on Apply button, system is showing the above error message.

6. When click on the "Click Here" in the above error message, exception log given above is displayed
