When Using the Return Ingredient Mobile Page, to Return Ingredient in WMS Organization with LPN, the Transactions are Being Completed Without the LPN Information and the Quantity is Doubled (Doc ID 2774849.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a WMS enabled organization, the batch has a WIP Issue transaction with an LPN and lot number.

In mobile, use the Return Ingredient page.
Enter in all the fields including LPN information.
When performing the return transaction, save, then users have to save a second time before receiving transaction complete message.

View the transaction in the batch and find it was completed without LPN and the quantity is doubled.

The returned material is then not associated to the LPN and is loose.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When using mobile to perform the ingredient return with the LPN, the WIP issue return should include the LPN and have the correct quantity.
