Task Status Is Not In Sync With Warehouse Control Board (Doc ID 2774859.1)

Goal

When you skip a task using mobile device who was previously having status = 9(Active) in table - wms_dispatched_tasks  is no longer present in table but still visible on warehouse control board(available in Warehouse Management responsibility) having status = Pending. How is data fetched on warehouse control board ?
