Absences Created by the User in the Self Service is not visible from EBS Mobile Application (Doc ID 2774908.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------

Attempting to review employee planned absences via Mobile Absence Management, however all employees show zero (0) planned absences in Mobile Applications.

The professional User Interface (PUI) shows the same employees with multiple planned absences.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect to be able to view planned employee absences

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Mobile Applications for EBS

2. Absences

3. Employees are listed and all show zero(0) planned absences.

4. Now login to application and access the "XX HRMS Manager" responsiblity.  

5. Navigate to People --> Enter and Maintain.

6. Query for a subordinate.

7. In the launched form, click on "Others" and from the List of Values select "Absences".

8. In the launched form able to see several pending absence requests.
