On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Running OPM Accounting Pre-Processor (OPP) for OM source or all sources, the program doesn't complete. It appears to keep running, but no further messages are written to the log file.
The customer reported that the problem started after upgrading the database to 19c.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect it to complete in the time it used to take, which was about 30 - 40 minutes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OPM Financials > OPM Accounting PreProcessor > select all sources except Costing, or select just OM source
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process financial data.
